Cory Lebson, Principal User Experience Researcher

Cory, author of The UX Careers Handbook Second Edition and a LinkedIn Learning Instructor, has been a user experience researcher and consultant since 1994. He established Lebsontech in 1997, and in 2008, transformed this side-business into a full-time occupation. Cory also greatly enjoys teaching topics related to user experience and conducts regular talks and workshops. He has been featured on the radio and has published a number of recent articles. Cory has an MBA in marketing and technology management, as well as an MA in sociology and a BS in psychology. He is a former president of both the User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA) International and the Washington DC chapter of UXPA.

Edie Lee, Senior User Experience Researcher

Edie has been with Lebsontech since 2008. With a background in research and over a decade of experience in UX, Edie works on a variety of Lebsontech user research initiatives, including usability testing, information architecture analyses, focus groups, heuristic reviews, card sorts, web analytics and accessibility evaluations. She is adept at analyzing data and leads the data analysis and reporting on many research projects. Edie is a skilled writer and editor of research reports, study materials, training resources and articles. She also drafts, rewrites and organizes web content to adhere to best practices and is responsible for quality assurance of all Lebsontech deliverables. Edie has a BS degree in biology.
